Our Doctrine

Confidentiality Commitment

Confidentiality outlives the engagement. Why we operate quiet by default, without logo walls, public deal tombstones, or publicity.

Operating Principle #3

Quiet by default.

In investment banking and corporate advisory, firms often treat promoter mandates as marketing collateral — rushing to publish press releases, social media victory laps, and deal tombstones the moment ink dries.

We do the opposite. Capsight Advisors was founded on the conviction that consequential capital decisions — whether an equity sale, strategic restructuring, pre-IPO readiness, or family capital governance — belong solely to the promoters and shareholders who make them.

No logo wall. No deal tombstones. No client named without explicit, written consent.

When we share case records on this website, they are described honestly by our role, the analytical challenge, and the sector — never by identifying the client or broadcasting confidential valuations.

Information Protocol

How your sensitive information is guarded.

From the first exploratory meeting to mandate conclusion, all client information is handled under strict institutional safeguards:

  • Partner-Only Exposure: Your financial models, capitalization tables, governance drafts, and strategic deliberations are seen exclusively by our three founders and assigned advisors. We have no junior analyst pool or subcontracted third parties.
  • Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements: Prior to reviewing any non-public business information, we execute comprehensive bilateral NDAs defining confidentiality boundaries, permissible uses, and non-circumvention terms.
  • Secure Infrastructure: All documents, transaction data rooms, and correspondence are held within encrypted, access-restricted institutional repositories.
  • Clean Intermediary Coordination: When working alongside your appointed SEBI-registered merchant bankers, legal counsel, or auditors, information flows are tightly coordinated under client authorization.
Longevity

Obligations that do not expire.

Our confidentiality commitment does not terminate when a transaction closes, nor does it expire if a promoter decides not to proceed with a deal.

Roughly one in three promoters who consults us is advised to walk away from a proposed transaction. The fact that the conversation took place, the numbers reviewed, and the rationale for stepping back remain strictly confidential forever.

Confidentiality Covenant

We sit on your side of the table — and only your side. If you are weighing a sensitive transaction, restructuring, or listing decision, you can begin with a candid, confidential conversation without obligation.

If you are weighing a decision you can’t undo, start with a conversation you can.

Confidential. No obligation. You will receive a response directly from senior partners.
